Summary
Abstract: PanMap was developed for the geographical presentation of data in maps. PanMap is an easy to use geographical information system (GIS) running on Macintosh and Windows platforms. Data are organized in layers. Point and vector data can be imported. Maps can be configured with different projections and individual layout. Styles of map elements can be changed, for stationary data in particular color scales can be defined according to the numerical values of the data. Maps can be exported for further processing in other applications.
