Summary
Abstract: Two Excel spreadsheets listing the ages of alpine glacier advances and
recessions dated by radiocarbon methods and by other methods, including
dendrochronology, lichenometry, and historical observation for northern North
America (north of 40 N).This database is to synthesize information pertaining
to paleoenvironmental conditions (specifically glaciation, climate and sea
level change) in glaciated North America from the last glacial maximum to
present.
