Abstract:
The temperature and precipitation data resides in 1 book, 'Die
Klimatischen Verhaltnisse des Vogelsbergs und der Generalkulturplan'
(C/dc 201 K42) written in German. The data contained in this book are
tables of monthly temperature data and monthly and annual
precipitation maps for the Vogelsberg and Mittelgebirge regions of
West Germany. These data are averaged over the period 1901 to 1920.
The
... tables included in these data are the mean monthly temperature
fall with height, monthly mean of the daily mean temperature, and the
monthly mean of the lowest temperature. The maps contained in these
data are annual and monthly mean precipitation, and annual number of
days with snow cover.
This book is part of the foreign meteorological data collection held
by the NOAA Central Library in Washington, DC. Information in this
collection dates back to the 18th century for daily, monthly,
seasonal, and annual tabular summaries, and the 19th century for
weather maps. These data are the result of foreign exchange
agreements, but the collection has not been updated since 1983.
