Oceanographic Station Data (ship based) is available for the Baltic Sea, for the time period 1898 to the present (CTD casts available only from 1977 to the present). Principal parameters are temperature, salinity, 02 and (after 1962) also nutrient data, hydrogen sulphide, silicate and pH. These data are at discrete levels, mostly from Nansen or other bottle casts.
Fixed Oceanographic Stations Data are available for the Gulf of Bothnia and Gulf of Finland for the time period 1910-present. Classical oceanographic station data is collected near the coast observed on regular basis. Temperature and salinity observations are taken from fixed discrete levels, measured at about 10-day intervals. Geographic Coverage
