Associated Platforms GRACE Related Data Sets View all records related to this instrument Description The Spatial Coordinate Apparatus (SCA) consists of four arms connected to potentiometers. The top three arms can move in a vertical plane while the fourth arm can rotate upon its longitudinal axis. As the arms rotate, the angles of the rotation are measured in terms of voltages from the potentiometers and recorded in a computer.
