Abstract:: The "Value-Weighted Quantity Indices of Exports for High-Value Processed Agricultural Products" database focuses on value-weighted quantity indices of exports for different degrees of processing (highly processed and semiprocessed products, high- and low-value unprocessed commodities, and low-value byproducts) of food, feed, and tobacco and twenty four product/commodity classes. These indices are available for each time period: (1961-64, 1965-69, 1970-74, 1975-79, 1980-85, and 1986) for the world, 7 economic development groups, 13 geographical regions, and 149 countries. Further, 1980 export sales are presented for each degree of processing of each class (and aggregations within classes) for all countries and all country aggregations.
