Abstract:
This metadata entry refers to measurements of atmospheric halocarbons, aerosols, ethene, methane, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, organosulfur compounds, isoprene and methanol made during the Cape Verde Atmospheric Observatory research project at the Cape Verde Islands, North Atlantic Ocean. The project began in October 2006 and is on-going (details of the starting dates for
... specific measurements are given below). The observatory is at 17N latitude and 25W longitude.
The data consists of:
Measurements of atmospheric halocarbons made using GC-MS by Dickon Young, are available from May 2007 to the present.
Measurements of atmospheric halocarbons made using GC-ECD by Louise O'Brien and Andrew Robinson, are available from June 2007 to the present.
Measurements of aerosols made by Alfred Wiedensohler, Matt Patey, Konrad Mueller and Anna Lia Presicci are available from May 2007 to the present.
Measurements of atmospheric carbon monoxide made using UV Fluorescence and Aerolaser 5001 by Katie Read, are available from October 2006 to the present.
