Abstract:
This dataset is GIS data representing waypoints and routes in the area of the Framnes Mountains, Antarctica. The waypoint and route data held by the Australian Antarctic Data Centre is updated after each summer season using feedback provided by the Australian Antarctic Division's Field Training Officers with approval for changes given by the Australian Antarctic Division's Field Support Coordinator.
Quality
The data conforms to the SCAR Feature Catalogue, which includes data quality information (Qinfo records). Refer to the link below. Each route or waypoint has a Qinfo number. Enter this number at the 'Search datasets and quality' tab to view the Qinfo record for that feature. Details include who provided the data and when it was provided.
