Summary
Abstract:
During summer to the beginning of autumn, samples of zooplankton were gathered between water depths 0 and 200 meters weekly from a fixed station in the English Strait, Chile Bay. Samples were collected by means of a net equipped with a 220 micron mesh. Investigators studied the behavior of the zooplankton with respect to environmental variables that were simulaneously recorded using a CTD ... sounding profiler Lux.

Semanalmente en una estacion fija, ubicada en el estrecho Ingles frente a Bahia
Chile, durante el verano y comienzo de otono anualmente se han tomado muestras
de zooplancton en tres estratos comprendidos entre 0 y 200 metros, mediante
una red de 220 micrones de abertura de malla, con el proposito de determinar el
comportamiento de las especies zooplanctonicas respecto a las variables
ambientales que se han registrado simultaneamente mediante una sonda
perfiladora CTD Lux.

Quality
Separation and a level 1 identification has been done for some species.
Temporary population distribution at water depth, relative abundance,
diversity, and behavior relative to environmental variables have been
determined for some species. Data has been analyzed statistically, graphed,
and partially published.
