Abstract:
The CCM0 data set begins 18,000 years ago and contains paleoclimate models for January and July every 3,000 years up to the present. CCM1 model provides monthly climate data for the same paleo times. The data includes the effects of the earth's orbit and mountains. To obtain the model, contact the data center. The data will be put in an account for FTP transfer.
The actual paleoclimate data that corroborates the model can be obtained from Oakridge (Tom Webb at Brown) or from Marge Winder at the U. of Wisconsin (pollen analysis).
