Abstract:
Samples were collected via NSF-funded ships from suspensions, sediment traps, box cores, piston cores and multi-cores. The goal was to determine if daylight-sensitive luminescence signals from silt-sized feldspar and quartz grains was reduced to zero in any of the depositional settings around the Antarctic Peninsula represented by the samples. Results are in preparation for publication.
