Abstract:
The package contains R functions for retrieving data, making climate analysis and downscaling of monthly mean and daily mean global climate scenarios.The software consists of a package in the R-environment ( http://cran.r-project.org/) [R is sometimes referred to as the "GNU version of Splus"], and can be downloaded freely from the Internet.
