Summary
Abstract:
Hydrometeorological data on the conditions of the environment are held
by the Russian State Fund of data. This dataset was created by RIHMI-WDC in 1979 and containes gridded data from 3524 stations of the USSR. Repeatability is calculated by data of observations for 4 climatic hours (01, 07, 13, 19) and given by 8-points wind-rose; for wind direction in % from a number cases without regard for calms; for calms - in % from a total number of observations. Data is currently stored on magnetic tape (800 bit/inch).
