IceBridge MCoRDS L1B Geolocated Radar Echo Strength Profiles
Entry ID:
IRMCR1B
Summary
Abstract:
The IceBridge MCoRDS L1B Geolocated Radar Echo Strength Profiles (IRMCR1B) data set contains radio echo-sounding measurements over Antarctica taken from the Multichannel Coherent Radar Depth Sounder (MCoRDS). The data set includes measurements for echograms, time, latitude, longitude, elevation, and surface, as well as flight path charts and echogram images. The data were collected as part of the Operation IceBridge field campaigns, and are stored in MATLAB files with associated PDF, TIFF, and PNG files. The data are available for periodic, ongoing campaigns from 16 October 2009 to the present via FTP.
