Summary
Abstract: The Shelf-Edge Study (SES) of the UK Natural Environment Research
Council's (NERC) Land Ocean Interaction Study (LOIS) is devoted to
interactions between the shelf seas and the open ocean. Research
cruises for this component take place on the shelf seas off the west
coast of Scotland and the North Atlantic continental slope as far west
as Rockall.
