Summary
Abstract: Water samples from 7 depths (0-200 m) were collected by Niskin bottles at 10 stations (L1, L4, L5, G5, G11, G13, G14, Stn. Argos, S4, S5) off Lützow-Holm Bay during Umitaka-Maru cruise (Dec. 2007 to Jan. 2008). The waters were sieved on pre-combusted Whatmann GF/F, and stored at -80ºC until analyses. After huming (HCl, 24 h) and drying (60ºC, 24 h), POC, PON, δ13C and δ15N of were determined using Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer (ANCA-GSL GEO 20-20, Europa Scientific Ltd.).
These data would be used for analyses of food condition for zooplankton community and food web structure based on the stable isotope ratios.
