Summary

Abstract: Monthly mean rawinsonde data (and metadata) created by Jack Woollen from the daily soundings input to the NCEP/NCAR Global Reanalysis. Stephen Leroy of the Anderson Research Group at Harvard University has provided a copy of this dataset in netCDF format.
