Summary
Abstract:
Hourly Time-series data was collected by Moored Current meters.
The hourly data is available for this west coast region online using Coastal Marine Profile and Time Series Browser (http://crusty.er.usgs.gov/epic/). For further assistance on accessing data visit the EPIC Data selection Help and Terminology page. Each metadata file contains various detailed variables including the instrument type, water depth, cycles, days, magnetic variation,and sampling intervals. Time-series data was collected by the USGS or used in conjunction with USGS projects. These data are stored as NetCDF files using conventions developed by NOAA's PMEL lab to be compatible with their EPIC system.
