Global Consolidated Tropical Cyclone Data (DSI-9636) is a historical digital
data set in archive at the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC). The major parameters within this tropical cyclone data file for each basin are the sequential number of the storm (within the year), time (day and hour GMT 00-12Z), location (lat/lon, 5 degree square and 2 1/2 degree ...
