Summary

Abstract: This dataset includes temperature conditions for ice-wedge cracking, Salluit, northern Quebec. Air temperature, soil temperature, wind speed and direction, July 1989 through April 1991 (not continuous record.) Temperature inside data logger, resistance values along cracking detection circuit, July 1989 through August 1991 (not continuous record.) Data are presented on the CAPS Version 1.0 CD-ROM, June 1998. See also GGD360 and GGD361 for other data available from Centre d'Etudes Nordiques climatological research station network.
