Abstract: These data files are from the Meteor-3/TOMS instrument launched aboard a
Russian rocket (Cyclone) and spacecraft (Meteor-3) on August 15, 1991
from Plesetsk, Russia.

TOMS is an ozone mapping instrument. Thus, ozone over the entire world is
measured every 24 hours. TOMS measures ozone by measuring the ultraviolet
