Climatic Atlas of the Outer Continental Shelf Waters and Coastal Regions of Alaska is a climatology atlas, available from the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC). These atlases update the knowledge of the climatological conditions for the Alaskan marine and near coastal zone. They contain means, extremes, and percent frequency of occurrence of threshold values for these elements: wind, ...
