Water temperature at Rock Creek sites

Summary
Abstract:
Average daily water temperatures at sentinel cage sites in Rock Creek drainage (MT) were recorded during exposure periods for June 1998-2003. Mean temperatures (Celsius) with 95% confidence intervals are reported.
Purpose: These data were collected in order to examine the potential relationship between yearly changes in water temperature and whirling disease severity. They will be used in conjunction with other habitat assessment, stream flow, habitat restoration, T. tubifex, and sentinel cage data to study transmission dynamics of whirling disease. (Source:MSU)
