Summary
Abstract: We examined the effects of climate and fire
pattern on habitats, prey, and raptors in a mid-
latitude, semi-arid region in southwestern Idaho.
Our study area included more than 200,000 ha of
shrubsteppe vegetation within portions of the
Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation
